Thanks for your interest in speaking at the 2026 Psychosocial Safety Summit!
We're looking for speakers who are genuinely committed to helping delegates create safer, healthier workplaces. This isn't an opportunity to promote your services or deliver a sales pitch disguised as education. Our delegates invest their time and money because they need practical solutions they can implement immediately, and your session needs to deliver on that promise.
Here's everything you need to know, and how to submit your abstract.
Date: Wednesday 9 September 2026
Location: Twin Towns, Tweed Heads
The 2026 Psychosocial Safety Summit is brought to you by the Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Institute, which is held alongside the Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Awards on Thursday 10 September.
Our delegates are leaders, HR and WHS professionals who are often the decision makers in their organisations. They're eager to learn about psychosocial safety and are looking for real, practical solutions they can use straight away.
Content that delivers
Share practical, actionable strategies delegates can use straight away
Bring real-world case studies, research or lived experience that demonstrates what actually works
Address topics relevant to Australian legislation and workplace culture
Design sessions for interaction and application, not passive listening.
Speakers who engage
Bring energy and enthusiasm that inspires and engages the audience
Connect authentically with diverse audiences
Show genuine expertise and credibility in your field
Stay for the full day to engage with delegates during breaks and networking.
The commitment we need
Your session should give delegates the skills and confidence to navigate difficult conversations, address root causes instead of treating symptoms or implement strategies that stick. You'll be accessible, answer questions and genuinely support attendees work through their challenges.
We're open to Abstracts across all aspects of psychosocial safety, including:
Preventing and managing psychosocial hazards
Leadership approaches that build psychological safety
Trauma-informed workplace practices
Navigating workplace conflict and difficult conversations
Lived experience perspectives
