By accessing this website or purchasing services or resources from The Institute, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Professional Responsibility
The Institute acts as a facilitator of psychosocial safety knowledge, tools and community learning. While we aim to deliver evidence-based and professionally designed resources, the implementation and outcomes of these resources are the sole responsibility of the user.
We do not guarantee results from participation in programs or application of materials provided. It remains your responsibility to ensure any actions taken based on our materials align with your organisational policies and regulatory obligations.

2. Confidentiality
All interactions with The Institute are treated confidentially. Any personal or sensitive information shared with our team is kept private and will not be discussed with third parties unless required by law.
General feedback or anonymised examples may be used to improve our services or demonstrate impact, but specific cases will never be shared without permission.

6. Membership
Access to the Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Institute’s community, resources, events and programs is provided through a paid subscription model. This is not a legal membership of an incorporated association or not-for-profit entity. Subscribers do not hold voting rights or any governance roles within the Institute.

7. In person events
Cancellations and refunds
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend events can nominate a substitute. Registration transfers made on or before one month prior to the event will not incur any cost penalty. Registration transfers made after 30 days will incur an $80 processing fee. All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to [email protected].

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Disclaimer
Event programs and registration information is correct at the time of production, however, organisers reserve the right to change information or vary activities where necessary. The Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Institute reserves the right to alter the date and/or cancel the events due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The Institute do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the speakers, partners or providers. No liability is accepted for any inaccuracy, delay, damage, death or personal injury.
