The Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Awards is an event designed to celebrate organisations, leaders and initiatives driving real change in workplace safety and wellbeing.
These Awards shine a spotlight on those committed to growth, inclusion and wellbeing in the workplace.
Psychosocial safety isn’t a trend, it’s the foundation of workplaces where people feel respected, supported and able to thrive.
These Awards recognise those who are leading the way: taking bold, thoughtful steps to reduce risks, improve inclusivity and champion mental health at work.
We’re here to honour the journey, not just the end results. From innovative ideas to everyday improvements, these Awards exist to celebrate the commitment and leadership that build safer, healthier teams.

This event breaks the mould, no long speeches, no stiff suits. Just real conversations, real impact and real change makers.

Forget the formal sit-down dinners and loud music. This is a relaxed, cocktail-style afternoon built for connection, conversation and collaboration.

We don’t just honour outcomes, we shine a light on the growth, commitment and small steps that lead to lasting cultural change.

Mingle with like-minded leaders, share ideas and explore new ways to drive psychosocial safety together.
We have 3 meaningful, prestigious categories. These Awards honour the people, teams and ideas making real change in workplace wellbeing and safety.

Celebrates a leader who’s gone above and beyond to create a psychologically safe, supportive workplace culture. It's about commitment, consistency and courage.

Honours a cross-functional team, HR, WHS, leadership and more, working together to embed psychosocial safety into the fabric of their organisation. True change is a team effort.

Shines a light on bold thinking, an initiative, program, or solution that challenges the status quo and delivers meaningful impact in managing psychosocial hazards.
Be part of the movement and help us shine a light on what’s working.
