Celebrating Best Team Collaboration Award 2026
Celebrating the finalists: Best Team Collaboration for Psychosocial Safety
Psychosocial safety doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s built when teams come together with a shared commitment, a clear strategy and want genuine collaboration to create change.
The Best Team Collaboration in Psychosocial Safety Award recognises cross-functional teams working together to embed psychosocial safety across the organisation. It includes P&C, WHS and leadership collaborating to implement controls that improve the safety and wellbeing of their workplace.
On Thursday 10 September we recognised 6 finalists and 1 winner - find out more about them below.
